Returns & Refunds

Research materials are non-returnable

For safety, integrity, and chain-of-custody reasons, research compounds cannot be returned once shipped. We are unable to accept the return of any product that has left our facility, as we cannot verify its storage or handling after delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@joinapexionhealth.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund of the affected item(s).

Order issues before shipment

If you need to correct or cancel an order, reach out as soon as possible. Before an order ships we can typically adjust items or cancel and refund it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be modified.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or by the method arranged with you) once the issue is confirmed.
• If we cannot fulfill an order, we refund it in full.
