All products offered by Apexion Research are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are intended exclusively for in-vitro experimentation and laboratory research conducted by, or under the supervision of, qualified professionals.

Not for human or veterinary use

Our products are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation to use any product in connection with the human or animal body.

No medical or therapeutic claims

Apexion Research makes no medical, therapeutic, or performance claims about any product. Any reference to a compound’s reported activity describes its use as a subject of laboratory research only, not a benefit to any person.

Buyer eligibility & responsibility

• You confirm you are acquiring these materials solely for legitimate research purposes and not for resale to consumers or for any use involving the human or animal body.
• You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and using these materials safely and lawfully, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional policies.
• Products are supplied in research form (often as a lyophilized powder) and require proper handling and reconstitution by trained personnel.

Labeling

Every product is labeled “Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.” Removing, altering, or obscuring this labeling, or reselling or using the product in a manner inconsistent with this policy, is strictly prohibited and voids any responsibility on the part of Apexion Research.
