Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are reviewed and, once payment is confirmed, typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. All shipments are labeled “Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption” and are intended for delivery to the researcher or research location provided at checkout.
Methods & tracking
Orders ship via standard carriers with tracking. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information, and you can check status anytime on the order lookup page.
Handling & storage
Products are shipped in research form and may require appropriate storage upon arrival (e.g., refrigeration). The recipient is responsible for proper handling and storage by qualified personnel upon receipt.
Risk & delays
Carrier delays are outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and see our Returns & Refunds policy.
